You save me!

My People,

Good Morning! I hope for you the rainbow and I hope for you the butterflies.

John 10:17-18 – “For this reason the Father loves me, because I lay down my life, that I may take it again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again; this charge I have received from my Father."

Do you know that a rainbow stands as a symbol of a promise made by God. Have you watched the butterflies twirl their wings, there is a beauty in its movement. Love  is a promise in itself, and what we need to always remember is it is gentle as a butterfly.

This is Righteous Brothers with a part of Unchained Melody. I like the below verses, because it speaks of a desire, when you love someone. Oxford dictionary defines desire as - A strong feeling of wanting to have something or wishing for something to happen.

Whoa, my love
My darling
I've hungered for your touch
A long, lonely time

And time goes by so slowly
And time can do so much
Are you still mine?

I need your love
I need your love
God speed your love to me

Life has a way of taking you by surprise!
Day 20th August, 2014 – I had watched the Gospel of John (part of it) and the next day, I felt the Gospel of John come alive. I felt the presence of Jesus, completely. There can be no mistake with that.
Jesus waits for us. That waiting has been a long time for Jesus. We tire but never Jesus.
I love the words from John 10:17-18. It speaks of Jesus love - a desire so strong. That is what we need to imitate.   The desire the willingness - to be broken, to deny oneself completely, to place one’s own life into the Hands of the Father, without so much of a thought of oneself.
This is what love does, it gives and gives and gives.
To Abba Father, from Jesus - a complete surrender of will, a complete trust and love.

There are days, when I come home really tired, with the thoughts of everything I see around me. Something’s hurt more than others. Worst is living with the mentality of the people. So much selfishness, deception, lies, scheming behaviour. It kind of tires you down.

But there is beauty amid the ashes. I come home, and the most beautiful sentence I get to hear from my brother’s mouth is Hi! Anita. It may not surprise you and why should it? I mean what is so special about a Hi!

For years, I have seen my brother in a horrible condition, where he would never talk, never look at my face and I could not look for worry that he may not want to be seen. Now I see him happy. And I forget everything else. My brother is okay and I am okay. This is a miracle!

Tough times come and go. They never last. My brother wants to become a priest. I have asked him his reason and I have asked him to relax, never discouraging him. I want to be sure that’s what he really wants.

Day 13th August, 2014 – While speaking with one of my friends, I learned of the person I had known who died four years back.

Four and a half years back, a person by the name - Tony Patel happened to seat himself besides me. But as we spoke he told me how he did not like to travel and most of all his wife did not like the idea of his being away so much.  I told him your wife is right. He looked stunned, that I replied in the manner that I did. And then he went on to tell me, that was what he was intending to do in time to come.  He was intending to not be so much into work. I replied with that’s good.

When management gathered around, and he was leaving he came near and waived out. I stood by my seat, and how I regret not shaking his hand, you will never know. As he left I felt a breaking pain in my heart. I cried bitterly and I wondered why?

When he said good bye, he recognized me in the crowd. He did not hesitate.

When I heard the news of his death, 4 1/2 years later on the 13th August, 2014, I felt the same breaking pain in my heart. I cried bitterly and now I know the reason.

With the news of his death, my determination to want to pray for souls has increased. I want to pray more and I want to pray with all my heart.  I will not stop.

God used that man's kindness to teach me to pray like I never prayed before.

Jesus! King of Mercy, I pray for Your mercy. Have mercy! Amen.
If it be Your will, remember my prayer Jesus.

God never gives up on people. He loves us more than we can ever know. We may run out of time, but we will never run out of the love of God.  Romans 8:35-39.
You speak to the mountain (troubles) - not about the mountain. Get in agreement with God.

Colossians 3:12 states - "Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience"
God forgives, He forgets—our sins. We should forgive everyone who wrongs us, just as Jesus forgives us.

“I will set no base or wicked thing before my eyes...” Psalm 101:3
David knew that if he didn’t guard his mind by choosing carefully what he looked at, he would be drawn to do things that weren’t pleasing to the Lord.

If you are struggling with thoughts that you don’t want anymore, today, you can be free. First, receive God's forgiveness and make the choice to change what you are looking at. Let the Lord wash you clean and strengthen you by His Spirit. Focus your thoughts on His Word and do not let any wicked thing before your eyes. As you determine to honor the Lord, He will empower you by His Spirit so you can live in freedom and victory all the days of your life!

Day 25th August, 2014 – Coming back from the 6:45 a.m. mass, I walked along with this woman. She had just come from Goa, and she informed me that she got herself a skirt just like the one I was wearing for whatever amount that she mentioned, then she asked me how much I had got mine for and from where? And since it was some years back, I did not remember. Honestly speaking, it was so unexpected a topic, I was taken by surprise.

Then she told me the skirt would look good on her as she had put on a little weight and not like me. Again I was stunned considering we both had just come from the Church and that too in the morning.
After that she told the name, Anita is actually Indian. I told it is common but not Indian.

I just kept reminding myself, I have just come from mass and I have to be kind with my words and not let the tone in my voice show any unkindness.

As people we are always focused on thinking, “What’s in it for me?” But the most rewarding way to live is not being self-focused wondering how we can benefit. Because in the world that we live, the today that we are in everybody does look out for them-selves but if we say we love Christ, then our attitude should be like Christ, our thought should be, “How can I be a blessing to others? Who can I inspire to rise higher?”
“...It is more blessed to give than to receive.” Acts 20:35
I encourage you to be a blessing to other people. It’s amazing how one word of encouragement can change the direction of a person’s life forever. When you reach out and speak faith over others, when you cause others to rise higher, something supernatural happens to your own life.

 Remember:

·        To come to Church, 10-15 minutes before the mass timings. I struggle in this area at times, but I try.

·        During the Penitential Rite-to ask the Lord to forgive our faults for having offended Him.

·        Pray to the Holy Spirit for the spirit of Peace.

·        The mass is the greatest of all miracles.

·        Sing or recite the Gloria – all the time glorifying the Holy Trinity.

·        The Word of God – always bears fruit.  BE attentive.

·        When the Priest raises the Host – Look up and believe in Jesus.

·        Pray for our priests.

·        Pray for the holy souls in Purgatory.

·        Pray for the world.

·       During the Our Father – forgive and wish peace to the person  who has wronged you.

·        Once you have received the body of Christ, remember to thank Jesus and tell Him that you love Him.

·        Do not leave the Church without the Blessing of the Holy Trinity.

I LOVE You, JESUS . . . . .

When you love someone, you want to be with them. You know, It’s different.

I love you so much, that my world changes every time I come into your presence. I feel and I am moved by the feeling of love that I have in my heart for you.
Nothing changes that feeling...
It’s your presence that teaches me to want to change...

I feel my heart is filled with you and I know forever is what I feel and I know that you are mine forever. Because I love you, I do not fear any more.

Love is an ache one that cannot be defined.

Love is a desire that will not keep us apart,
For God intended you and I to be forever in each other’s heart.

Remember, One Today is worth Two Tomorrows.

With all my Love,
For Love Prevails!

PRAYER: Abba, Father, keep me obedient and always faithful. Remember, this your servant.
Mama Mary keep me humble, I pray. Amen.

Trust Love!

My People,

Good Morning! I love proverbs-they are the best means to convey a message in short. Alfred Lord Tennyson said, ‘Tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.’ So your heart gets broken and it is because you loved. And isn’t it good, that you loved?

1 Corintihians 10:24 states- None of you should be looking out for your own interests, but for the interests of others.

I love the feeling of opening the wrapper of a Cadbury bar, and as I break a piece of the chocolate tiny fragments of the chocolate fall away. I take a bite of the first piece of  the chocolate as it melts away it leaves this delicate creamy texture in the mouth. The feeling, it leaves is what makes me want to take another bite  of the chocolate. I know if you love chocolates, you will agree with me on this. Won't you?

Is it a good time to be talking about a burger? So you place a whole dollop of mayonnaise (my favourite), then a lettuce leaf with a whole chunk of meat, then a slice of tomato with maybe a slice of cucumber and then to top it with cheese (optional) and that completes the burger. And you can’t wait to take that first bite. The co-ordination of the eyes, with the mouth and it’s a complete satisfaction, guaranteed. So you think.

Let’s HOLD on to this thought for some time, shall we?

Most times, people want things and they are confused as to what when and why they want what they want. So the thing you need to

·         Figure out is what you want from life?

·         And learn how to ask for it.

For a successful relationship, you definitely need God. All wisdom comes from Him.
To me the most important aspect of a relationship is the ability to  understand. Sometimes you don't have to say a thing and yet you've said it all.
And the other aspect is that to be a good listener-to me this is crucial.
You will only listen and understand when you love. Love is open to every possibility.

To feel anger is natural for us, depending on whatever the circumstance that leads to the feeling. To react to the feelings, that is something that is experienced for a couple of minutes and some live it for days or some build their whole lives around it.
There is no justification for anger. Reasons could be plenty. But we are given a head and a heart to reason with, a brain to think and a heart to love. Love must overrule everything else.
Forgive the people who hurt you. Difficult it is, but Forgive anyway.
If something unjust has happened, someone has wronged you, do express yourself, do the right thing. Fight for what is right. But do not let anger win the day.
Ephesians 4:26 states: - "In your anger do not sin": Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry,

Day 14th August, 2014 – The person on the other end was really being mean and asked me to agree on certain things that I thought were untrue to my nature. I, very politely disagreed which angered the person to want to throw the paper towards me. I walked out giving the reason for doing so.
I have said this so many times before – ‘You are God’s masterpiece’, when I say that I can’t let someone treat me like crap. Can I?
Life is beautiful and wonderful and we are here on a voyage, we need to enjoy each moment to the fullest. And that means, when someone does not know how to treat us right, we let them know in the most loving manner as possible.
Humility is a wonderful aspect of life? And it should be. Never confuse yourself with that. But there are times when one has to do the right thing.
I say this to everyone, ‘Love your life’, how can I love mine any less? And for that I need to take a stand, I need to voice my opinion? Do you understand?

From the fear of being ridiculed, Deliver me, O Jesus.
From the fear of being wronged, Deliver me, O Jesus.

We can’t let someone treat us bad and walk away with it. Forgiveness is a good thing. Believe me on the 15th of August, I attended both the masses and when we prayed ‘The Our Father’, on the lines of,
‘Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us,
I pray for the two people here’ – people who are doing everything to cause trouble for me. On the 16th August and the 17th August, I prayed with them in mind. All I did was make sure that there is not even a 0.0000001% chance of anger on my part towards them.

No one can predict who you are or what you can become? No one can write you off?
The answers are always upto God.

I will say this to the day I die, children are always innocent. Their innocence depends on us parents, so yeah we are the ones who are and can inspire them. So if you happen to advise them, do not lie-and you get away with it, having things favour you, then my dear, you have paved the way for your children to apply the same road. After all in your example, lying makes you get better things. So tell me, why will your children choose to be anyone else, when they have you, clearly show them the wrong path? And then you wonder as to whose curse you carry?  I have to ask this - have you shut your eyes to the truth?
Understand and appreciate your kids. The saying ‘An apple does not fall far from the tree’ is true. Your kids will be everything you are minus one or two things. Very rarely, they will be something totally different.
Children are very perceptive. They understand the unspoken words. In reality they understand more of the hugs, the time that you as parents spent with them. Don’t bribe them, because that will be what they learn and they will use it against you. Because that’s what they learnt from you and in the latter years it will be a tragedy.
Children need both their parents, if both are present. Tragedies can’t be undone.
A child when he or she grows under the love of observing the parents becomes a confident and an able child, not just because they are there, but the love and support of the parents keeps all sense of fear far from damaging the psyche of the child.

LOVE is all the support the child needs. Give him or her all that. And they will know God.

Okay I love chocolates and burgers.
And we all have different tastes. Thank God for that. I mean if we all liked one or two things, what a chaotic world would that be? I think half of the world would be hungry. Amusing isn’t it? God is amazing. It’s just that we don’t give Him the credit that He deserves.

The below picuture is of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Look at how Jesus holds His heart In His hands.
It speaks of a love that is completely giving, completely open and a heart that is ready to be broken for love.

God is Awesome. Aint, no God like my God!
Satisfaction cannot always be guaranteed. We like to relish things in certain ways, but when it comes to God – we do what needs to be done as an obligation.
We don’t understand what it means to wait? When you are in love, you want to think of the moments that you spend with your beloved, you want to think of the next time you meet them. You want to think of what it is you would say to them.  And you count the days and time when you would meet them. You savour every second.
Time is of the essence. You cherish each moment with them.

Chocolates satisfy our taste buds, burgers satisfy our appetite but only momentarily. And yet we give it all our attention and we enjoy those moments.
The love of your beloved, it gives that sense of happiness, that is needed in the heart of a man.
Jesus is everything we want and need. Nothing can ever fill that spot in our hearts the way only JESUS knows. And yet how much of it do we really give to Jesus who gives us His All?
When the Priest, places the ‘Holy Eucharist’- ‘The Body of Christ’ on my palm, I know he has given me the most precious-the most pricesless possession and placed - in my hands. I want to hold on to Jesus for more than that time in my hands. I want to hold Him and hold Him tight, I want to - I want to never let go.
And when Jesus enters my heart, I know the Son of God, has entered in – Everyday, is a new day and no day is repeated. I give it my best, I try not to repeat my faults.
Philippians 4:13 states-I can do all things in him who strengthens me.
I always thank Jesus for coming into my heart. I say Thank you Jesus, Son of God (Son of the Living God) for choosing me as one of Your people. And then I say, Here I am, I come to do Your will.

You can expect that your courage will be tested. You'll face a wall an obstacle you don't think you can get beyond.
You've probably thought about that battle today. Your opponent may be someone in your family or someone at work. Whatever the challenge, the battle you face right now looks impossible to overcome.
We were raised to believe that the only way to win is through intimidation. You must control your opponent and the situation.

God specializes in impossible situations. Matthew 19:26 and Luke 1:37
When you are overwhelmed, outnumbered, out-manned, out-muscled and outsmarted, God steps in since He specializes in leading you to victory. Only He does it His way.

Joshua faced a battle that he knew he couldn't' win. God's charge to him was to go and conquer the land. "I will be with you: I will not fail you or forsake you."; God said. "Be strong and courageous."; Joshua 1:5-6. Joshua could have thought - "can't be done. This is a wall we cannot bring down".

Joshua marched and shouted just as God told him to, and the walls fell down. There was no fight! He listened for the trumpet blast like the other people in the army and stood back and watched as the entire city was exposed as a result of God's miraculous intervention. The odds were against them, and they couldn't possibly do battle against their fierce enemy. Their only hope of victory was obeying God and the walls around the city fell flat. The battle belonged to the Lord. Joshua's part was not to win the war but simply to make himself available to the true will of God.

We can learn a great deal from Joshua's winning strategy to help us in our own seemingly impossible battles:

Get a clear understanding of God's plan. Before you can march to God's orders, you must understand His plan for you. The first concerns - Most want to get back at their enemy, but God says to forgive him.

Cooperate completely with God's plan. When God's Word directs you to do something, don't argue....just do it. You may need to ask Him for the strength and the willingness to follow, but determine to follow Him anyway.

Follow God's plan....by faith. Hebrews 11 explains why God's plan worked for Joshua. "By faith the walls of Jericho fell down, after they had been encircled for seven days." Joshua's people followed God with childlike faith. They simply believed that this is what they should do. As a result God rewarded their faith.

Face your challenge, face your battle now. You cannot fight it in your own...it's got to be the Lord's battle. God can turn an impossible situation into an astounding victory. But it means you need the courage to surrender to His Will with love and do it His way...by faith and in His strength. When you do that you will be amazed how  impossibilities become realities.

Remember, the Battle is God’s!

Never Doubt!

My People,

Good Morning! I am supposing that the first thought of yours when you wake up in the morning, is of the one you love. Isn’t it wonderful to have some reason to wake up each morning?

Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water, that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. The wicked are not so, but are like chaff which the wind drives away. Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous; for the LORD knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish. Psalm 1:1-6

Happiness is not dependent on the factor that everything works right in your life. Happiness is a belief that everything will work alright, because God is IN CHARGE.

If you ask me what is Love – I would say a voice that calls from the depth of ones heart and is heard by another. I called for LOVE!

I love to watch love stories and it must have a happy ending or I won’t watch it at all.
A week back, I watched the movie, “Letters to Juliet”.
This is a movie about Sophie who is on a visit to Italy with her fiancée and happens to be helping in collecting letters off from the wall. On doing so, she accidentally pulls off a brick from the wall thus finding a letter dated 50 years back. She opens and reads it to the other women. These women respond to all the letters on behalf of Juliet. Below is the letter from Claire to Juliet-

Verona 1957
I didn’t go to him, Juliet. I didn’t go to Lorenzo. His eyes were so full of trust. I promised I’d meet him to run away together, because my parents don’t approve. But instead I’m here in Verona at the very moment Lorenzo is waiting for me, below our tree waiting and wondering where I am.
I return to London in the morning, and I’m so afraid. Oh please Juliet,
tell me what should I do. My heart is breaking and I have no one to turn to.
love
Claire

After reading the letter out loud, Sophie asks if she can respond to this letter.
Claire’s grandson is not too happy with Juliet’s reply and he lets Sophie and the other ladies know that. Claire lost her husband a long time back. And her grandson lost his parents in an accident when he was 9.
Claire and her grandson and Sophie set out on a chase to find Claire’s-True Love. Just when Claire has happily accepted the fact, that maybe it could be too much a search, she finds him.

Although the Ninevites rejected God, He still had compassion on them and He sent Jonah to give them a message that they were to be destroyed. Jonah, however, did not share God’s compassion for the Ninevites.
Jonah’s experience in the belly of the whale provides him with an opportunity to seek deliverance, as he repents. His initial disobedience leads not only to his personal revival, but to that of the Ninevites as well.

Jonah's fear and pride cause him to run from God. He does not wish to go to Nineveh to preach repentance to the people, as God has commanded, because he feels they are his enemies, and he is convinced that God will not carry out His threat to destroy the city. Instead he boards a ship for Tarshish, which is in the opposite direction. Soon a raging storm causes the crew to cast lots and determine that Jonah is the problem. They throw him overboard, and he is swallowed by a great fish. In its belly for 3 days and 3 nights, Jonah repents of his sin to God, and the fish vomits him up on dry land Jonah then makes the trip to Nineveh and leads the city in a great revival. But the prophet is displeased instead of being thankful when Nineveh repents. Jonah learns his lesson, when God uses a wind, a gourd and a worm to teach him that He is merciful.

In Matthew 12:40-41, Jesus declares that He will be in the grave the same amount of time Jonah was in the whale’s belly. Jesus goes on to say that while the Ninevites repented in the face of Jonah’s preaching, the Pharisees and teachers of the Law who rejected Jesus were rejecting The One who is far greater than Jonah. Just as Jonah brought the truth of God regarding repentance and salvation to the Ninevites, so too does Jesus bring the same message (Jonah 2:9; John 14:6) of salvation of and through God alone.

We cannot hide from God. What He wishes to accomplish through us will come to pass, despite all our objections. Ephesians 2:10 reminds us –‘For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.’ - that He has plans for us and will see to it that we conform to those plans. How much easier it would be if we, unlike Jonah, would submit to Him without delay!

I always have wanted to write on the Priests I know and love. These are the people I appreciate.

Fr. Joe – I have seen Fr. Joe when I was attending sunday classes as a kid. Always appreciated him, always thought I have to come some day, this close to see his face. Never did. Then in 2010-2011 I happened to come to Church and Fr. Joe was the celebrant at the mass and I am taken by surprise.
For the first time I receive communion from his hands, for the first time I am standing just where I can clearly see his face. It’s been ages. My wish came true.

Fr. William – When Fr. gave his introduction of all the words he spoke these 3 I will always remember - Faith, Hope & Love. I will always remember that. I love the way Fr. Pronounces the word ‘Ever’. I hope for you to hear it? I have and there is so much love when he utters that word.
During mass, if it is a feast of a particular saint, Fr. William always makes it a point to speak of the saint and for the homily, Fr. Explains the reading in relation with the Gospel. I love that about Fr. Willie.

Fr. Alvaro – I love speaking with my good friend. Can I call him that? Fr. is such a sweet hearted, friendly person. He is always cheerful. I love chatting with Fr. He has a funny sense of humour.

Fr. Lenny – Shy and simple. Don’t know much because I have never spoken with Fr. But I appreciate the way he is.

Fr. Ashlyn I had this picture in mind that Fr. Ashlyn is a very serious kind of person. He is shy but has a wonderful sense of humour. And it is a pleasure to watch him laugh. It is also a pleasure to be having him conduct the Bible classes. Love his homilies.

Fr. Warner – The ability to speak his mind with such ease it is a pleasure to the ears. I thank God for him.
The most bold person I have had the pleasure of ever meeting.

Fr. Byron – I love the way Fr. Byron utters the words Abba Father and in the manner he lifts the Bible and sings ‘Praise, Praise, Praise be to Jesus, now and ever more’. Fr. Byron is very polite when he speaks and he makes sure to answer the questions that are asked. I appreciate that.

Fr. Leslie – The most simplest of all the people I know. You only have to speak with him. The first year that Fr. Leslie had come, when there was a blessing to be given for the teachers being teachers day, fr. sprinkled holy water on everyone. I loved that, because I believe everyone is a teacher. I hope for you that the child in you always is.
Fr. Leslie sings the Hail Mary in Konkani really beautifully.

Everybody wants to be appreciated. We like to be understood. The feeling that there is somebody who knows something about me-that is a unique feeling. While people can compliment you on different levels, it is another thing altogether when somebody says something that nobody has ever said before.
To me the best compliment came from my boss. He took me by surprise by calling me ‘Iron lady’. That is something I will always cherish. I have always loved those two words. And no one ever knew that I did until I wrote it here.

A departed soul needs to be cleansed of its imperfections before it can enter Heaven. The cleansing happens in Purgatory. Purification means atonement for sins and their effects on the soul. Lack of perfect holiness in a departed soul necessitates Purgatorial purification.
The Holy Sacraments and other spiritual exercises are an absolute requirement to making us holy.
God wants us to be Holy. 1 Peter 1:13-16 states "Be Holy, For I Am Holy"
At every Holy Communion St. Gertrude beseeched Jesus for His mercy to be bestowed on the Holy Souls. Our Lord promised her that 1000 souls would be released from purgatory each time this prayer is said devoutly.
Eternal Father, I offer Thee the Most Precious Blood of Thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the masses said throughout the world today, for all the holy souls in purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the universal church, those in my own home and within my family. Amen.

Remember that our prayers for souls in purgatory, along with our sacrifices and sufferings bared with grace, can shorten their time there.

I love happy endings. So I think it is time that we return to Sophie . . . .
Sophie gets an invitation to the wedding of Claire & Lorenzo. Fifty years and love found a way for the both of them. Claire stands to thank Sophie at her wedding, and it is at this very moment, she reads out the letter that got her motivated. This is Sophie’s reply-

Dear Claire,

"What" and "If" are two words as non-threatening as words can be. But put them together side-by-side and they have the power to haunt you for the rest of your life: What if? What if? What if? I don't know how your story ended but if what you felt then was true love, then it's never too late. If it was true then, why wouldn't it be true now? You need only the courage to follow your heart. I don't know what a love like Juliet's feels like: love to leave loved ones for, love to cross oceans for, but I'd like to believe if I ever were to feel it, that I'd have the courage to seize it. And Claire, if you didn't, I hope one day that you will.

All my love,
Juliet

Things will happen in God’s appointed time. Not a minute before and not a second late. Claire & Lorenzo were to be married, but the perfect time for them was not in 1957 but fifty years later.

When God tells you to do something you do. No questions asked. When God makes a promise, He keeps it. Time is in God’s Hand.

Every thing, from the smallest atom to the whole constellation, the whole Galaxy is in God’s control.
He is The Alpha & The Omega, The All powerful and Mighty God. He calms the storm and can make the skies thunder with a ferocity that is not known to man.
When God sets the time, nothing will stand in its path. Isaiah 55:11 states - so shall my word be that goes forth from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
