My People,

Good Morning! We are facing difficult times, but we are not alone. We must believe that God is with us! Every day is a new beginning! It has in its hold, untold promises. Trust in Jesus!
Let Your love be upon us oh Lord,
As we place all our HOPE in YOU!

Philippians 4:13 says - I can do all things in him who strengthens me.

Calum Scot's You are the Reason. Love is the most precious aspect in each ones life. There is magic, but can you see it? And what does your heart look for... You are the Reason.
There goes my heart beating
'Cause you are the reason
I'm losing my sleep
Please come back now

There goes my mind racing
And you are the reason
That I'm still breathing
I'm hopeless now

I'd climb every mountain
And swim every ocean
Just to be with you
And fix what I've broken
Oh, 'cause I need you to see
That you are the reason

There goes my hands shaking
And you are the reason
My heart keeps bleeding
I need you now

And if I could turn back the clock
I'd make sure the light defeated the dark
I'd spend every hour, of every day
Keeping you safe

And I'd climb every mountain
And swim every ocean
Just to be with you
And fix what I've broken
Oh, 'cause I need you to see
That you are the reason (I don't wanna fight no more)

I don't wanna hide no more
I don't wanna cry no more
Come back I need you to hold me (You are the reason)
Be a little closer now
Just a little closer now
Come a little closer
I need you to hold me tonight

I'd climb every mountain
And swim every ocean
Just to be with you
And fix what I've broken
'Cause I need you to see
That you are the reason

I love You Jesus!

Do you Remember:
St. Francis of Assisi-preached to the birds.
St. Anthony of Padua-preached to the fish!
Joshua spoke to the Sun and Moon and told them to hold their positions and they did for an entire day in the sky!

The universe has a code, a language unknown to us. It explains things in a certain pattern. All you need to do, is 'BE OPEN.'
If you don’t understand, ASK? And the Universe, will provide the answer, till you get the message through.
Whoever said, that God speaks only a particular language! God could choose to make a contact with me or you in the way He wishes to. Are you ready?
BE OPEN! (Alert at all times)
Listen!  (It could be a word, a sentence, a number, it could be just anything, you don't want to miss it-LISTEN)
The STAR, was what led the Wise Men from the East to Bethlehem looking for The Christ, Who was to be born.
I believe - the SIGNS led to The greatest TRUTH of all JESUS CHRIST!

The music is all around us
It’s in the wind! Have you ever watched the branches sway in and out. It’s like they are dancing. If you listen to it closely, you will hear the sound of the wind (the music) and then you will notice the pattern. To the music, the branches dance.
It’s in the waves! You watch the beautiful sunset on the beach and as you do, the waters come rushing onto your feet and you feel this beautiful tingling sensation. As you close your eyes to soak it in, you hear the sound of the waves. And that beautiful sound is a music that you carry… it keeps you OPEN to the rhythms of life.
It’s In the pitter patter of the rain drops! It is a music in its own right, pleasing to the ears and takes you back to when you were a little child.
It’s in the light and the sound of Thunder! Beautiful and majestic work of God! I love lightning and thunder. Every time I hear a thunder, my heart does a dance of its own. When my life on Earth is done, Abba Father has promised to show me, what it (Thunder & Lightning) looks like from Heaven! I am excited!
All you have to do... Be OPEN!
All you have to do... Listen!

It’s TIME! These words, since the 22nd of February-this is everywhere I go.

Everything is on the table, the good and the bad. All one has to do is pick from the table. How difficult is it? Be led by the Holy Spirit!

There are many people who believe in the worst scenarios and at the first sign of trouble they opt out for something better. And there are some, after a time of waiting, decide that things will never change and lay their weapons down. And there are a handful of people, who no matter how weary they are, or how twisted the road could get, would still opt to walk the way believing that tomorrows Sun will once again shine on them.
Every day is different. And today, will not come again. The Sun rises every morning and with it brings rise to infinite possibilities.

Loneliness kills. But sometimes it is necessary to be alone. We have to remember, God never abandons.
If you feel or are living alone, ask yourself what is it that has led you to this point in life? Sometimes it is a behavior pattern, one’s own lack of loving others, one’s own selfish ways that lead one to be separated from the other members of the family. Could it be that you always wanted to live alone and now you are? Whatever the reason is, open your heart to God!
If the above case is clearly not you, then is it due to Covid-19 that you are facing this phase of loneliness in your life? If so, then it is just a temporary phase. It will pass.
But given this chance to bring in Gods amazing love in our lives, don’t let go. Every lesson is important it draws us close to God.
When in company of others, we never take the time to speak with God. We can chat with friends for hours together. But we never realize how God waits for us to speak with HIM. And why does He wait?
Have you ever seen two people in love? How they rush through the day, to meet up with each other? They just want to see each other, speak with one another. To the world it is sheer foolishness. But to them, it is their whole world. After having spoken-seen each other, their hearts are rested.
We are lonely until we rest in God! We are lonely until we speak our heart to Him. He knows everything but He wants you to come to Him, trusting that He alone can solve all the most difficult, most impossible things in our life.
You are never alone-God never permits that. GOD, has placed a world of love in each ones heart. God waits patiently for us to come to Him, to speak with Him. We will experience loneliness, till we decide to speak with God. And when we do, God fills our lives with the strength and confidence we never thought we had.
In each conversation, God builds you up, because You permit Him in. When God takes over, the devil has to flee! (No trouble will dare stand). And God will bring you all the company you need. Trust in God!
The time that we are in, is an opportunity given to us to get closer to God. We may have lost people we love and care for, but we need to trust that they are in Gods tender-loving care.
REMEMBER: You are never alone. God walks before you, clearing your path.
Remember-REMEMBER: ‘This too shall pass’

John 1:11 He came to his own home, and his own people received him not.
Rejection hurts! And there are no easy answers to this. I know that we all face it at some point in our lives. Jesus experienced rejection. He did nothing wrong. Jesus experienced it for us. He was scorned by His own people. He heard the crowd demand His crucifixion. Matthew 27:23. On The Cross, as our sin-bearer, He felt complete abandonment by His Father that He cried out, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?”
I love this thought, that Jesus cares for me,
It matters not what life may bring,
I know Jesus loves me, oh so tenderly!

By our own efforts we can never do or be what God wants us to be. We must be filled and empowered by the Holy Spirit. Colossians 1:27 says: “Christ in you, the hope of glory.”
When things look like it can’t happen. Believe in God, that GOD Can!
Be still!
When things are beyond our limits, it is not beyond God.
Walk into the realm of God, where anything and everything IS POSSIBLE!
I am an OVERCOMER in CHRIST!

Please Read-
The Battle of France is over: the Battle of Britain is about to begin. Upon this battle depends the survival of Christian civilization? Upon it depends our own British life, and the long continuity of our institutions and our Empire. The whole fury and might of the enemy must very soon be turned on us. Hitler knows that he will have to break us in this island or lose the war. If we can stand up to him, all Europe may be freed and the life of the world may move forward into broad, sunlit uplands. But if we fail, then the whole world, including the United States, including all that we have known and cared for, will sink into the abyss of a new Dark Age made more sinister, and perhaps more protracted, by the lights of perverted science. Let us therefore brace ourselves to our duty and so bear ourselves that, if the British Empire and its Commonwealth last for a thousand years, men will still say: This was their finest hour.
The emotional power of his words is unquestioned. Three weeks later, on July 10, 1940, the German Luftwaffe began bombing Britain. The Battle of Britain had begun. The tribulations of that summer would show Britons at their finest hour, in no small part because Winston Churchill (former PM of the UK) gave one of his finest speeches at his country’s moment of greatest need.

Life and death are in the power of the tongue. As you speak so shall it be.

I love Psalm 23. The two lines form the 23rd Psalm: "Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me."
We may not be able to avoid going through that dark valley, but we have to remember, God is with us. And, God will give us the strength to make it to the other side.

Dare to believe!
One touch of Gods favour is all we need!
One touch of Gods favour SUDDENLY changes everything!
One mighty push from God can thrust us LIGHT YEARS ahead!
Look onward and never at the facts. Remember - God is for us.
Don't let anyone convince you, that your dreams are a waste of time.
Choose FAITH!
No matter how impossible it may look, God has ways, to get us, to our destiny.
No crowd can be a hindrance.
No mountain can come in your way.
No river that you would need to cross.
Because God will make a way, where there seems to be no way!
REMEMBER: God is faithful. God is The WAY!

Not a minute before and not one second late than the God appointed time.

I believe, everything happens for a reason.
I believe, change must begin with me.
And it all happens with the Grace of God!

The promise of HOPE is in a hopeless situation. Endless love and endless possibilities.
Love teaches us to Hope, when all hope is gone. It helps us to forgive and trust. When you truly love someone, you should believe in them no matter what.
Make a wish! Hope it is forever,
Hold it to your heart and never let go.
Pray for LOVE to glow,
like the stars in the night, all beautiful and bright!
Forever Joyous!
And forever a winter’s magical night.

You never know who you are, till you are with God!
God cannot fill, what has not first been emptied.
Let us learn from Mary to always Be Open to the ways of God?

When God dreams HE dreams big.
Dreams don’t come easy. But they do come true.
Abba Father dreamed for me and for you.
Home: It is always there when you are ready for it.

Overcomer - Part 2

I am an eternal dreamer. This is what I can best describe myself and what God in His abundant grace and mercy have blessed me with.

There are two concepts actually that are a part of me and what “Love Prevails” is a part of. One is a theory and the other is a love story. And of course it is built on the one true thing that the God we serve is a GOD of the Impossible!
  • I have seen Jesus in my dreams since I was 6 years and the last time I saw Jesus was when I was 14.
  • St. Jude is the Saint of the impossible cases. In my most difficult moments, when I needed him the most, he heard me. One of the days it hit me that if St. Jude is called the saint of the impossible cases, then God must do the impossible. He allows His saint to. That was a moment of a deeper understanding. And God was leading me to a deeper faith in Him.
  • Archangel Raphael has been my constant companion in this incredible journey. On a Sunday, a long time back, I met a colleague who lives down the same road. We were standing under a tree and I felt a flap of a wing. I looked everywhere but there was no bird on the tree. I did not forget the incident. A couple of months later, I met that friend again in the same place and when speaking he told me, of his son Raphael. It hit me that moment, Archangel Raphael. That’s the reason we met in the very same spot. BE OPEN! I would often see the number 444, I never knew what it meant. When I would open my Bible, it would open to the page, with no number on it. One fine day, I looked to the page on my right and it read 445. The missing page 444-indication to the passage on TOBIT. Sarah cried and prayed for God to end her suffering just as Tobit prayed and begged the Lord to let him die because of his misfortunes. Archangel Raphael was sent to heal both of them.
  • I know Pope Paul V1 from my childhood days. My dad had kept Popes John Paul I, John Paul II and Pope Paul VI snaps. I would often stand watching Pope Paul VI. I feel he is always right here. Every time I look at him, I feel very much at ease, very much comforted.
  • I found Padre Pio when I was in school in the VIII standard. I saw his snap on the floor. He made me find him.
  • My Guardian Angel…Sorry for all the trouble and the times I made you cry.
These are my Pillars of strength; I made it through with them.

Just two weeks back, (end of January) I remembered the sequence of things, I mention below. They are important to me.
I was in the third standard and this was the beginning of the year. Me and my friend a Muslim were the last 2 left in the class. And our class teacher asked why her mother did not marry again? The girl replied that her mother believed that, ‘love is only once’. I knew it that moment, but those words, the word LOVE, was-is all I ever needed. That moment awakened me.
Love is my dream, my reality and my life.

I am in the 9th year of my life in the month of May.
I and my brother Adrian would go to my aunt’s place, which is just 5 minutes walk from where we were living. I would with admiration look at this home which was under construction. And it was just opposite to our aunt’s place.
My dad lets us know that he was offered a home and he refused it and then as he describes it, I jump and tell my dad of how much I admire it.
Yes, later my dad took that offer.
When shifting, my parents took my brothers and left me in charge of the place we were shifting from.
After they left, I heard a thunderous voice calling my name, 'Anita, Anita, Anita'. I came out, to the garden. I saw no one outside. I went in. Again I heard my name. I saw no one. And this time, I did not go in. I was terrified. I could not understand what this was all about. But it continued. And I ran out the garden door. Then I heard a thunderous laughter. I ran as fast as I could to where my parents were. I told them, but nobody was listening and nobody believed.
I amused ‘ABBA Father’.

As a 91/2 year old (month of June)(this is just a month later), I went to St. Ann’ Church (Mangalore) in the afternoon, and standing right across, I looked up to God, never for a second realizing what I was asking for. I began praying in this manner, asking for a person who loves me the most in the world and Who or how He would be, I did not think….. I prayed for the greatest love story in the world.
Sometimes, we pray to God, with little or no understanding. I did not at all know what I was asking. But did I ever doubt what I prayed for. Never!
I believed that when I prayed, God would take care of it. How or when, those thoughts never occurred.

This is a theory I love. A message written on a piece of paper, rolled-up and put in an empty bottle and set adrift on the ocean; hoping that it will reach the person for whom the message is intended for. In the empty bottle, I send my letter. I believe, even if you live in the farthest corner of this world, my letter will find you. This is my trust in Jesus.

Here the internet acts as the Ocean.

If you have read my letters, you would have noticed there are always 2 yellow ribbons one at the end of a song and the other at the end of a letter and the yellow ribbons are only attached when I do send my letter across. And it has been a long time since…
This is a love story and one of my favorites, since I was a child. Love is forever and one waits, forever. Love believes in the impossible. If you have not heard this before, then I do hope you will love it as much as I do.
This is a story of a man who is on his way home. He has written a letter to the woman he loves stating, his thoughts on his home coming. It’s been years now. He further states, that if there is a yellow ribbon on the tree, he will know-that he is welcome. If not then, he will simply pass by. He mentions that he is not the same person who left years back. As the bus approaches his home town his heart is filled with apprehension. He wonders whether he will be received. There are things in his past. But now that is all behind him.
As the bus draws close, he wonders, would she still be waiting for him. Years before, she told him that she would keep a yellow ribbon tied to the tree, as an indication of her undying love for him. He wonders does she still feel the same.
He is scared to look, but as he does he notices that the whole tree is filled with yellow ribbons. From a distance he looks and all memories start filling his heart with love and tenderness. There she is waiting at the door. And as he gets close to her, she takes his hand in hers, and says ‘for all the years-for the love, one ribbon-would never be enough. From a distance a ribbon could easily be missed-but not a whole tree of ribbons’.
Love never quit. Love PREVAILS . . . . .
Here I am, Abba, Father! And, this is my dream!

PRAYER: Abba Father, on Your promise of victory, Joshua, dared to stand in your presence and ask that the sun stand still and so it was done. There has never been a day like it ever, where at a command of a man the sun and moon stood still for the whole day. That is the day You listened to a human being (a warrior).

I love You Abba Father, and I did with Your grace dare to stand before Your mighty presence asking for that which You now have given me. Like Joshua, I believe. Abba Father, thank You for Jesus.

With all my love,
For LOVE PREVAILS!
AnitA.

The Heart of God!

PEACE is God’s gift to us!

A Family is the single most important influence in a child's life.
A bond in a family grows strong when each member comes together to support one another in their times of trial.
When we know who we are in the family, we are better able to channel the Love from within our heart to the World outside.
Our deepest need is to be loved, cherished and remembered. In a loving family nobody is ever forgotten.
A loss of any member in the family is unimaginable.

Imagine the heart of God! Imagine the heart of a Father, Who is in a continual mourning for His children.

We wage wars, we kill each other. The heartache is for the family who has lost their loved one.
During this time of Covid-19 many families have lost their loved ones. It is not just one particular family, but so many families across the Globe.
I don’t have a count of the families who have lost their loved ones. Only God does and knows!
In God, we are all His children.
Every member of every family, a child of God-children of God!
God’s love ETERNAL!
Gods pain never ending! We fail to see, what God sees? We are all His Children, created in His Image and likeness.

Can you imagine the look of a war ravaged town? All you see is shell shocked faces. There are homes all broken down. Bodies of loved ones stuck under the debris.
The future for these survivors is bleak. Some families have only one parent as a survivor and some have only children as the survivors.
Do we take responsibility for this injustice? These fearful children are later placed in a camp. We rob them of their life. We rob them of their innocence. In wars families are destroyed.
For the elders, there is no means to buy food for the hungry mouths to feed. They have to rely on what is given to them. Some of them have lived their whole life in this manner. Many have gone to their early graves, never having a chance for that one glimpse of hope after everything that was taken from them in a split of a second.
Only at night under the Sky, can they look at the Stars and dare to dream. Reality then knocks them awake with a sound of an explosion, the very next morning and they are again on a run for their lives. Each day, is the same as yesterday….

What is life for a man trapped in a war zone? There is no security-there is no guarantee to life.
There is a constant fear of missiles; there is no telling when or where it strikes.

In Exodus 5:1, we hear God say, ‘Let my people go’. Given the time we are in, the circumstances in our day to day life and where we have placed God in our lives, I wonder do we recognize the voice of God.
  • Babies are God’s gift. According to WHO, every year in the world there are an estimated 40-50 million abortions (babies killed in their mother’s womb). Isn’t this murder? Cruel inhuman torture-inhuman killing. And we celebrate women’s day! The 10 COMMANDMENTS: The 5th: Thou shalt not kill.
  • Everybody has a right to life and a right to live. We forget it easily. We have never spoken out of fear of being criticized? We have in numerous instances, failed to uphold our brother’s dignity and his right to life. When we fail to speak for Justice-we then have supported an unjust cause.
  • Killing in hatred, in the name of religion.
  • The poor are exploited. They have rights too and nobody to read them their rights.
Clearly this is not what God ever intended, for we are all His children.
‘Let my people go’.

What hurts my brothers-sisters must truly break my heart? For if we did have a heart as that of God, we would never have permitted such atrocities being committed. (The Book of Genesis says, we were made in the Image and likeness of God. Therefore, our heart must be like God, but it isn’t).
This is a thought that I often ponder on.

God says - ‘Let my people go’.

To maintain safety people were advised to keep a meters distance. To survive would mean that we must adhere to rules and regulations. But not everyone seemed to understand or follow.
In our Church, the Priest had made a request urging the Parishioners not to touch the statues and to receive the Holy Communion in hand. Even a placard was placed at every statue I think. (I am not sure of this-it was when Covid-19 had just made its entry into Mumbai, India)
But even then I saw people kiss the statues and 3-4 of them received the communion on their tongue.
Most of the Catholics stick to this point, ‘we believe in Jesus and so He will save us’.
True, trust in Jesus, will always give you a 100% result. Your Faith has healed you. Right?
What about obedience to The Cardinal, to Your Priest, to the Government.
Faith + Obedience = Gods Will.
In the garden of Gethsemane, Jesus falls on the ground and prays, ‘if it were possible, the hour might pass from him’. Mark 14:35
Mark 14:36 And he said, “Abba, Father, all things are possible to thee; remove this cup from me; yet not what I will, but what thou wilt.”
all things are possible to thee; Words Jesus spoke to His Father, in prayer. Jesus believed it was possible for Abba, Father to keep Him from this suffering. (Jesus could have persisted, BUT…) And in a complete surrender, Jesus adds, ‘yet not what I will, but what thou wilt.’
Jesus walked to His suffering on The Cross. John 3:16 says it perfectly: For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

Please read: Luke 12:
[15] And he said to them, "Take heed, and beware of all covetousness; for a man's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions."
[16] And he told them a parable, saying, "The land of a rich man brought forth plentifully;
[17] and he thought to himself, `What shall I do, for I have nowhere to store my crops?'
[18] And he said, `I will do this: I will pull down my barns, and build larger ones; and there I will store all my grain and my goods.
[19] And I will say to my soul, Soul, you have ample goods laid up for many years; take your ease, eat, drink, be merry.'
[20] But God said to him, `Fool! This night your soul is required of you; and the things you have prepared, whose will they be?'
[21] So is he who lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God."
[22] And he said to his disciples, "Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you shall eat, nor about your body, what you shall put on.

[23] For life is more than food, and the body more than clothing.
[24] Consider the ravens: they neither sow nor reap, they have neither storehouse nor barn, and yet God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds!

Each one of us has dreams. Some of us have great aspirations. We think we know what we want. And we make plans to how we will get there.
Everyone wants the fastest way to get rich. The wants they never stop.
But something like COVID-19 comes in the way.
Everyone has lost somebody whether in a family or someone they know. There is no stability, as is in a warzone.
So the question do you have a job seems nonsensical. Do you see where I am getting to?
There are families suffering because an earning member has lost his job. It is difficult in both the situations, the war zone and now in the time of Covid-19. Both sides suffer!
And I also heard this most often that families suffered because of EMI’s
My thought: 'don't count your chickens before they hatch', we learnt this way back in school. But somewhere down the line, we forgot it.
When you want what you need, the right means would be to save the money and then purchase the product. You don’t buy something based on the money you don’t have in hand. Because, how can one guarantee that he/she will have the job tomorrow?
Never count on tomorrow, because I don’t have a guarantee for today. 'Defer not till tomorrow to be wise, tomorrow's sun to thee may never rise.'

Trust in Jesus! Leave everything of your life to Him! And God will work wonders in your life. You cannot dream the way God dreams for you!
Make God, your number ONE priority in life!

Truth be spoken-It is difficult not to give in to the charms of this world. But remember this, this life is temporary.

HEAVEN is the ultimate Beauty! It is our HOME!

A Miracle is...

This is all I want to do, to let you know, that no matter what situation you find yourself in, it is HOPE that we must always carry in our hearts!
REMEMBER:- This too SHALL PASS!

What is a miracle?
A Miracle is an unusual-extraordinary event that is caused by God because it does not follow the usual laws of nature.
A sign is more than a miracle. A sign signifies and indicates something beyond itself.
The book of John records seven signs-miracles that show Jesus’ astonishing power.

First Sign: The wedding at Cana. John 2:1-11
From the Wedding at Cana, we learn what happens when we invite Jesus into our life.
That it was the Holy Spirit, Who prompted Mary at this moment to make her request, “They have no wine”. John 2:3. Mary was the first to notice the problem of the wine, at the wedding and bring it to Jesus’ attention. She is our mediator who intercedes for us.
His mother said to the servants, "Do whatever he tells you." John 2:5 It means; follow Jesus’ instructions. (All of it.) It is wise to obey Mary’s direction: Do whatever he tells you.
  • We see, Mary in the beginning of her Son’s ministry at the wedding at Cana and again at the end of John’ Gospel at Calvary.
  • At Cana wine flowed from vessels intended for the cleansing of impurity while at Calvary the blood of Christ flowed from His side, which cleanses us from all sin.
  • In Cana Mary intercedes when “the hour” has not yet come. And at Calvary, when “the hour” has come, Mary in her silence offers to the Father the redeeming death of her Son. Mary accepts from Jesus the mission to be the mother of all, where John represents us.
Jesus could in one instance let the water be filled in the jars. BUT...
Jesus said to them, "Fill the jars with water." And they filled them up to the brim. John 2:7
Jesus wanted the cooperation of the servants-the workers. They filled the jars to the brim, they did their job wholeheartedly. They could have filled it halfway through or maybe 3/4ths of it. Jesus did not give them any specifications to the amount, Jesus left it to them. There are many people in the world today who take their job for granted. They complain about so many things. Many times, people don't give it their all, not so with these servants. They trustingly did their work. The servants were blessed because in faith they obeyed without question. When you fill something completely, it only means you give it with all your heart. You give your heart to it.
That is how we must be, when Jesus tells us to do something, to do it perfectly-completely; whole-heartedly.
The water jars were filled to the brim. Jesus wasn’t going to add something to the water; He was going to transform water into wine.

It still was water, when He said to them, "Now draw some out, and take it to the steward of the feast." So they took it. John 2:8. It was a risk. So, when did the water turn to wine? Probably, when in surrender marked with obedience and faith, they did what was asked of them.
The answer to our prayers, is in the words of Mama Mary, "Do whatever he tells you."
YES! The water turned to wine, and the best wine.
the steward of the feast called the bridegroom…. you have kept the good wine until now." John 2:9-10
Jesus got the servants, cooperation and their whole-heartedness in doing the job and their obedience to the point of appearing as fools.
This is how we must be when we come in prayer to Jesus. "Do whatever he tells you."
God can take something ordinary and make it into something beautiful, as the Wedding at Cana.
Our lives are to be in complete surrender to Jesus Christ. If Christ can turn water into wine by His will, He can do the extraordinary in our lives.
I believe Jesus means to let us know, what obedience truly is and how we must come to cooperate with God in doing His will and when we do, the transformation in our lives occur. Blessings follow!
My favourite miracle! (There is so much, to understand in this fabulous miracle. I absolutely love it.) I try to keep it short, but it is so difficult to do.💖

Second Sign: Jesus heals an Official’s son. John 4:46-54
Jesus had come to Cana in Galilee. An official came to ask Jesus to heal his dying son in Capernaum.
Jesus said, "Unless you see signs and wonders you will not believe." John 4:48. Jesus was stressing the need of faith.
Jesus was testing the official's faith. This man believed that if Jesus was actually at the bedside of his son, his son would be healed.
Without moving, Jesus told him, “Go; your son will live.” The man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him and went his way. John 4:50.
Jesus granted the request, but made the man prove out his own faith by letting him leave with no proof that his request had been granted.
The cure of the official’s son at Capernaum, simply by the word of Jesus at a distance (Cana in Galilee), signifies the power of Jesus’ life-giving Word.

Third Sign: Jesus heals on the Sabbath. John 5:1-15
Jesus is able to give life no matter how sinful a man is.
By the pool of Beth-za’tha, Jesus saw a man who had been disabled for 38 years. Here, the man has made no requests of Jesus whatsoever. So when Jesus asked, “Do you want to be healed?” John 5:6 the paralyzed man complaints about having no one to help him. And he replied, many times, when he was moving towards the pool, someone would always step down before him.
Then Jesus said to him, “Rise, take up your pallet, and walk.” John 5:8.
Jesus called the paralyzed man to do the impossible. The man BELIEVED in Jesus and walked.
Jesus to the healed man, "See, you are well! Sin no more, that nothing worse befall you." John 5:14- reveals that this ailment which had affected him was due to his own sin.
Even when we forget to seek Him, God in His mercy reaches down to us and heals us.
Every day Jesus speaks a word into our lives. When you hear that word, trust it. There is healing, hope and power in that word!

Fourth Sign: Feeding the Five Thousand.  SAME DAY 🔻
John 6:1-14, Matthew 14:13-21, Mark 6:34-44 and Luke 9:10-17. (1 of the 7 signs to appear in 4 Gospels)
Andrew, an Apostle of Jesus found a boy who had two little fish and five barley loaves.
Jesus took the loaves and when He had given thanks He handed it out to His disciples to be distributed along with the fish! The people ate and were satisfied. The disciples then gathered up and filled twelve baskets full with fragments.
Jesus fed a crowd of over 5,000 people.
Little is much when God is in it. Give all that you have to Jesus and let Him do the rest.
“I am the bread of life; he who comes to me shall not hunger, and he who believes in me shall never thirst." John 6:35

SAME DAY 🔻🔺

Fifth Sign: Jesus walks on water.        SAME DAY 🔺
John 6:15-21, Matthew 14:22-33 and Mark 6:47-51
Jesus walks on water & Feeding of the Five Thousand (4thSign)-same day.
A strong wind stirred up the sea. As fishermen, with experience, the terrified disciples strained at the oars to make it to the shore.
In the midst of the storm they see Jesus approaching but they do not realize Who it is and they are terrified of Him. Jesus announces, “It is I; do not be afraid.” John 6:20. Jesus walked on the water and calmed the storm.
A look at this event in terms of the Passover
What Jesus said can be translated:-“I am”, an Old Testament term for God.
The Fourth sign-Feeding the Five Thousand RELATED to God providing manna to the children of Israel from Heaven and as they moved from Egypt to the Promise Land.
In the Exodus Journey, we learn how God freed His people from the hand of the Egyptians by parting the Red Sea for their escape to the Promised Land.
John makes it clear that the God who rescued Israel manifests Himself, “It is I; don’t be afraid.”
Jesus came to the disciples. As Jesus, got into the boat… and immediately the boat was at the land to which they were going. John 6:21
Jesus is the One Who brings about the new exodus, that is, the true liberation of God’s people from slavery to sin.
Let’s say, being stuck in a storm, is scary, BUT, being scared we do not find answers.
God is in Charge! God is powerful! We need to invite God into our lives and when we do, troubles don’t stand a chance. “It is I; do not be afraid.”

Sixth Sign: A man born blind receives sight. 9:1-41
“I am the light of the world” John 9:5
In the miracle, the healing of the blind man, we see the man growing in his faith in Jesus by his obedience. The people said "Is not this man he who used to sit and beg?" Some said, "It is he;" others were not sure. The healed man answered, "I am the man." They said to him, "Then how were your eyes opened?"

v11 He answered, "The man called Jesus made clay and anointed my eyes and said to me, `Go to Silo'am and wash'; so I went and washed and received my sight."
"The man called Jesus"-all he knew of Jesus at the beginning of the miracle. They took him to the Pharisees. The Pharisees missed the point that the man born blind could now see. All they saw, was that Jesus had broken the Sabbath.
v17 So they again said to the blind man, "What do you say about him, since he has opened your eyes?" He said, "He is a prophet."
Confronted by the Pharisees the blind-healed man received a stronger faith. The Pharisees told the healed man to give praise to God and they stated that Jesus is a sinner. The man had grown in his belief. At first he stated "The MAN called Jesus". Now he says, "A Prophet".
We know that God does not listen to sinners, but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does his will, God listens to him. Never since the world began has it been heard that any one opened the eyes of a man born blind. If this man were not from God, he could do nothing." They answered him, "You were born in utter sin, and would you teach us?" And they cast him out. John 9:31-34
v35-38. Jesus found him and said "Do you believe in the Son of man?" He answered, "And who is He, sir, that I may believe in him?" Jesus said to him, "You have seen Him, and it is He who speaks to you," He said, "Lord, I believe"; and he worshipped him.
Increased faith in the healed blind man:
V11    “The man called Jesus”
V17    “A Prophet”
V35-38 “The Son of God”

Seventh Sign: The RAISING OF LAZARUS. 11:1-44
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and whoever lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?" (John 11:25-26).
When Lazarus died, his sisters hopes died with him. However, Jesus transformed their impossibility into the perfect opportunity to glorify God by bringing Lazarus back to life.
“‘What is impossible with men is possible with God’” Luke 18:27.
Lazarus, although dead, heard the voice of Jesus and responded.
Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead in order to give us the sign that HE IS LORD OF ETERNAL LIFE!

Jesus asks the people to roll the tombstone away. When Jesus can bring Lazarus back from the dead, then Is He not able to roll this stone away?
But by asking the people to, He is teaching us that for miracles to happen; we have to co-operate with God. We are to do what we possibly can do and leave the impossibilities to God!
As humans they did roll the stone away. And Jesus, the Son of God raised Lazarus to life!
We are reminded that Jesus loved Lazarus and his sisters Mary and Martha. Jesus, heard that Lazarus was ill, but remained for two days in the place where he was. Why did Jesus wait until he is dead? Why did Jesus delay for four days before He brought Lazarus back to life?
The answer is to reveal the Glory of God! God will always act at the right time in the right way.

I Believe! Beyond Crucifixion, there is the Resurrection!
We can look upon suffering as a chance to embrace the love and compassion of God in the midst of tragedy.
In spite of the odds when we hold onto the faith; that God will never abandon us; that in itself is a true miracle. It is in this reality that, Impossibilities become POSSIBLE!

Jesus meek and humble of heart, make my heart like unto Thine!
