A Just God! Part 1

27
“But I say to you that hear, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you. 29 To him who strikes you on the cheek, offer the other also; and from him who takes away your coat do not withhold even your shirt. 30 Give to every one who begs from you; and of him who takes away your goods do not ask them again. 31 And as you wish that men would do to you, do so to them.
32 “If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. 33 And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. 34 And if you lend to those from whom you hope to receive, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, to receive as much again. 35 But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High; for he is kind to the ungrateful and the selfish. 36 Be merciful, even as your Father is merciful. 37 “Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven; 38 give, and it will be given to you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For the measure you give will be the measure you get back.” Luke 6:27-38

Injustice is everywhere in the world and injustice always begins in our own families, in our own homes.
CAUTION: If you are exposed to violent behaviour and if you know there is a threat to life, then please speak with someone you trust. And please take the right course of action. Life is Precious!

The 4 Cardinal Virtues are Prudence, Justice, Fortitude and Temperance. Today we look at Justice from Gods Eye.
Justice is a cardinal virtue
-It teaches us to give what is due to God and to man. It makes us willing to live according to the commandments
Justice perfects the will and safeguards the rights of man: his right to life, freedom, honor, good name, sanctity of the home, and external possessions.
The just man is an upright (righteous) man.

Sometimes people throw accusations at people, there are times when the verbal abuses become too much to bear and even after a prolonged period of time the abuses continue. And they happen even when we've done no wrong, but here is the thing, The Lord is teaching us to not respond to or retaliate back.
God loves us all and Jesus brings this Agape Love and teaches us to apply it to those who we hate or are indifferent to.
When we are loved by people or they speak good about me or are simply good to me, it feels truly wonderful to be good to them.
When everything around me with friends and family is smooth sailing, the world is a beautiful place, and we are all good to each other.
But how do I respond to those who hate me or are indifferent to me and those who let Injustice happen to me? When i have done no wrong and injustice happens or continues.
Sometimes the people who cause us deep hurt are our own family members. They betray us, believing they are right about it.
Sometimes the culprits are our own parents, or it could be the spouses, or it could be the children. Sometimes the people we trust the most are the ones that hurt us the most or they are the most unjust ones.

Our deepest desire, our longing is to be loved. And when the ones we love break our trust for whatever their selfish reasons, it causes a wound that is deep, and time is no remedy.
How do I relate with the people who wounded me? Am I going to relate with the standards of Justice (be still, wait on God)
- OR - Give them a taste of their own medicine doing more harm, damage to them?
- OR Is the worldly justice (which is unjust) important to me, is that what i am looking for?
- OR - am I going to go above and beyond the worldly justice? Am i going to leave all the matters of my life in the Hands of God?
i pray for me, asking the Good Lord, for His grace to overcome this pain and i pray for them forgiveness, praying-asking the Good Lord to bless them with Love and Peace all the days of their lives!

In an unjust world, the only One, Who can liberate me-us is GOD!
If one seeks justice, depending on what one is going through, it is not going to be easy. And nobody is JUST. We have all sinned,
GOD is HOLY, therefore only GOD is JUST!
We must imitate Jesus in our prayer,
Father forgive them for they know not what they do.
We must be Compassionate as our Heavenly Father is Compassionate.
We must be Merciful as our Heavenly Father is Merciful.
We must be Perfect as our Heavenly Father is Perfect.

By allowing these injustices happen to me at whatever time of my life, always trusting in God, i get a Wholehearted - Abundant, Agape Love of God.
We are called to imitate God's Agape Love in this life, to everyone we come across with and we must go above-beyond giving to each person what we have received from the Lord, giving everything we have, holding nothing back.

678ccc Following in the steps of the prophets and John the Baptist, Jesus announced the judgment of the Last Day in his preaching. Then will the conduct of each one and the secrets of hearts be brought to light. Then will the culpable unbelief that counted the offer of God's grace as nothing be condemned. Our attitude to our neighbour will disclose acceptance or refusal of grace and divine love. On the Last Day Jesus will say: "Truly I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to me."
679ccc Christ is Lord of eternal life. Full right to pass definitive judgment on the works and hearts of men belongs to him as redeemer of the world. He "acquired" this right by his cross. The Father has given "all judgment to the Son". Yet the Son did not come to judge, but to save and to give the life he has in himself. By rejecting grace in this life, one already judges oneself, receives according to one's works, and can even condemn oneself for all eternity by rejecting the Spirit of love.
