Confessions 20th Dec: Fr. Joe as directed by Jesus. I was on top of the world. This is one of the moments I will always remember.

22nd December 2019. Sunday. 

10:15-Bishop Barthol Baretto(30years), Fr. Alvaro(60years), Fr. Christopher(30years), Fr. Michael(30years), Fr. Reuben and Fr. Daniel. 

Wished Bishop Barthol, Fr. Alvaro, Fr. Christopher and Fr. Michael as they stood after the celebration of the mass. 

Fr. Ashlyn-always happy to see him. 

I don’t remember, I think it was called, 'A Christmas Evening with Elvis'. I had fun. But I kind of missed children’s Christmas Carols and yes I love Christmas Carols in English. 

Children sing, with innocence and joy and it is most wonderful to watch. And it is always okay with me, when children miss out certain words. Their innocence is a beautiful part of the Christmas Spirit.

My mom came home from Mangalore. 

07:30p.m.-Fr. Alvaro’s Birthday and mass celebration. 

Jesus asks me to leave at sharp 07:15 from home and I do. Before entering the Church I see Fr. Ashlyn and I now understand Jesus’ insisting on the time. 

I wait to wish Fr. Alvaro after the mass. I notice Fr. Ashlyn’ expression and I don’t want to cause any hurt. I look somewhere else. I don’t like doing such a thing. It is always a joy to see Fr. Ashlyn. I am always grateful for the things I’ve learnt from Fr. Ashlyn. I will never forget that. And I have learnt a lot. After wishing Fr. Alvaro, I enter the Church again only to thank Jesus with all my heart for allowing me to see Fr. Ashlyn.

Fr. Alvaro gives me a beautiful pack and as he gives it to me, he tells me they are chocolates. And I love chocolates. I share it at home. I will always remember. I write this as a part of my memory of Fr. Alvaro. I will miss him, in this journey of life. I will miss seeing him in the Church, I will miss seeing him take a walk, I will miss our little talks. (If not sharing this as the memory he has left behind, this would never be written down here).

Mike problem (first mass). Dog moved backwards to the presence of the Priest, though there was ample of space.

Dog was playing with ball during the celebration of the mass in the Church. Highly ridiculous! People bring their dogs and let them into the Church. When a lector gets her dog everyday to the Church and the dog sits just near her in the Church, what can be said about others? There is a lack of reverence to God.
