Our hearts are filled with God’s love when we see a Nativity
scene. Children they are always so fascinated, with the story of Christmas.
They watch the Crib with intent to understand what they see before their eyes,
simple stable, animals, angels, Mary and Joseph, and a newborn Baby
wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger. To their eyes it is a sight
to behold? If only each one of us could carry these memories and walk through
it all our life, can you imagine what a wonderful life it would be?
Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year!
God revealed Himself as our merciful Father in the face of Christ. Children
can sense the tenderness and compassion. As Adults, we tend to
forget how the little Baby Jesus drew our little attention to Him. We knew Him
then and we listened to Him. Let us never let go of Jesus, let us hold on to Him in our heart and then share Him with others.
The arrival of the Christ Child represents the coming of Jesus to all of
God’s people.
I love watching the display of lights. It fascinates me
thoroughly. How simple it is when our mission is to shine as a light which leads
others to experience the Lord’s tender embrace as He reaches out to us from the
manger. How very beautiful when we become the light that otherwise we admire so
much.
Little children see the Birth of Jesus through their eyes with wonder
and awe and a sense of being infinitely loved.
Each day is Christmas when there is Hope and Joy filled in our hearts!
Each day is a day to LOVE!
