No Matter what. . . .

My People,

Good Morning! It’s always nice to have something to remember a person by. One of my school teacher’s had written this for me, “Be sublime like the rose that perfumes the hand that crushes it”. When I think of it, today the saying means more than it did all the years back.

Psalm 112:7 states-He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.

Love is the most beautiful word in the English dictionary only after God. Love when expressed, it’s unlike anything in this world. It’s not of this world. It is in the very essence the heart of Jesus. Don’t try to understand it. It’s unexplainable.

No matter what happens-we all at the end of the day-want to be loved. We fight every trial that comes our way. When we become aware that we are loved, then no matter how life treats us – love becomes the calm amid the storms of life.
Here once more is one of the Boyzones song, and this is part of the lyrics to ‘No matter what.’

And I will keep you safe and strong
And shelter from the storm
No matter where it's barren
A dream is being born

No matter who they follow
No matter where they lead
No matter how they judge us
I'll be everyone you need

No matter if the sun don't shine (sun don't shine)
Or if the skies are blue (skies are blue)
No matter what the end is
My life began with you

I can't deny what I believe (what I believe, yeah)
I can't be what I'm not
(I know, I know) I know this love's forever
That's all that matters now
No matter what

When you love someone, your thoughts are always filled with them. My beloved becomes the very air I breathe.
One life, One heart and One love.
My Beloved, you leave me wanting nothing more than wanting more of you.

The Sun, look at him, he is always shining. 24 hours * 7days a week * 365.25 days a year and has been here for more than a billion years. He never stops blazing. We should be like him, always holding-always going. The sun is unstoppable in its race no matter what comes in its ways.
So should we be undeterred in our mission to go on.

Faith has to do with something unreasonable. Hebrews 11:1 states-Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
What God asks may sound unreasonable. He asks that we trust Him when He gives no evidence of answering our prayer. When the situation seems hopeless and we are sure it is all over, we are told to trust-Illogical? Yes. But for centuries God has proven He is always on time and He never allows Satan to have the last word. God always comes through—in perfect timing (not a minute early and not a second late).

Below is one of the Praise and Worship songs. I wouldn't know the category to which this song belongs but its good.

We are forgiven and our past is forgotten because it is under the blood of Jesus. Satan's favourite form of harassment is pulling up the past! But in God's eyes, our past is a dead issue.
Take those regrets about your wasted years—and let God restore to you the very years that were taken away.

Daniel came to a path of brokenness and discernment with his study of God's Word. In Daniel 10:10-Daniel testified, "Behold, a hand touched me, which set me upon my knees and upon the palms of my hands". This happens anytime God touches someone's life. That person falls to his knees and becomes a man of prayer, driven to seek the Lord.
God needed a voice to speak His message. Daniel was that man. Daniel never let up in prayer He grieved over the spiritual decline in the society and the church.
Scripture makes no mention of Daniel being discouraged. King Darius promoted Daniel to the highest office in the land. Daniel prayed three times a day, he stole away from all his obligations and demands, and he simply withdrew from all activities and prayed. And God answered him. Daniel received all his wisdom, direction, messages and prophecies while on his knees.
We are always in a hurry. We have forgotten how it is to come to God with a total reverence. We have forgotten to give quality time-unhurried time - time, between God and me.
Prayer is an act of love and devotion, something that we need to practise and bring back.

On the 21st and 22nd of the month, I had fallen seriously sick. What made it even more painful is I did not feel the presence of God. Those were the darkest moments.
Day 25th June, 2014-Fr. Ryan, the words didn’t our hearts burn within us-Luke 24:32? I felt a relief, just for a while.
Day 26th June, 2014-Fr. Andrew’s words uplifted my spirit. Fr. Andrew began his words with ‘Nothing is impossible for God’.  His words brought a complete relief to my soul and it was a renewal of Abba Father’s promise to me.
‘The promise of Lilies’ Abba, Father I remember. Thank You. Thank You and thank You.
Day 27th June, 2014-Fr. William and Fr. Joe . . . . Celebration of the Sacred Heart of Jesus feast-I loved the celebration of the mass. I absolutely love the prayer, ‘Anima Christi’ and we prayed together. How wonderful it is.

The above snapshot is my favourite pic of Jesus.
The heart of Jesus teaches that love means to walk the road of thorns. And it is in that sweet walk of life, that one learns, that without pain one cannot fully understand love.
Look at the thorns of the heart of Jesus, the thorns represent all the hurt the pain and the agony that is caused by all the indifference of people and the hatred in the heart of man.
Look at the blood that drips, it drips out of the heart for love.
Look again at the thorns, they are always there. They are tied to the heart of Jesus, for love will not permit the thorns to disappear but will let it remain attached to the heart.
And it is this love that enflames the heart and enlightens it and sets it on fire. It is this fire that consumes the heart and the world to love. A fire that goes to become an eternal flame of love – ‘the sacred heart of Jesus’. Amen.

All through the years, I would always have this recurring dream of the Sacred Heart of Jesus statue. Never did I ever understand what that meant, I still don’t. Every Church, I visit, I look at the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Maybe it’s just love. Maybe, every time Jesus let me see Him on purpose. Jesus has given to me, His all with love and to Him, I surrender my all-my self. All that I am is His.
Love is eternal and it sets the heart on fire.

When you love someone with all your heart, when you really do, you will understand-never because you choose to but because it is in God's Divine Will for you to, until then it seems to be all gibberish.

God uses trials as a way of testing all of us out from time to time.
God asked Abraham to have his son killed as a sacrifice. Abraham tied his son down to the altar and when he was about to take his life, then all of a sudden God sends an angel down to stop him.
If we cannot be fully obedient to the promptings of the Holy Spirit, then God will not be able to use us in the actual callings that He has set up for our lives.
God will test us to see if we will have the strength to be able to overcome the material desires and be willing to obey God over all of our wants and desires.
God knows our weak spots. When God asks you to give something or someone up, be obedient.
The Bible tells us that we are to be led by the Holy Spirit. Abraham became the father of many nations and his bloodline brought our Saviour Jesus Christ into our world so He could go to the cross and save all of us from our sins.
Genesis 22:18 tells us of Abraham’s perfect obedience to the voice of God on being willing to sacrifice his son Isaac: “In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have OBEYED My voice.”
God’s way rather than our own way. Amen.

Having done everything you have been asked to do, God is now going to ask you to just sit and wait for the big breakthrough to occur.
Once Moses delivered the Israelites from the Egyptians, they were then brought before the Red Sea with nowhere else for them to go or turn to. The Promised Land is on the other side, but there is no way they can reach it unless God first parts the Red Sea.
God causes all of them to wait for awhile. The children of Israel cannot move forward or else they will drown in the Red Sea. They cannot go backwards or else they wall fall back into slavery with the Egyptians. They have to wait for God to part the Red Sea.
Rely on God’s perfect timing for that door to open for you.
Be patient. Be still and wait until the door either opens up for you to walk through, or God tells you to do something different.
Rely on His perfect timing.

God brought the Israelites up to the Promised Land. He sent in 12 spies to first spy out the land and see exactly what they were going to have to face once they actually entered into this land.
10 of the spies come back with a bad report. They came back telling the rest of the people that many of the cities were “fortified,” and that they were like grasshoppers in the face of these “giants.”
However, Joshua and Caleb, the 2 of the 12 spies, came back with a different report. They saw the exact same things the other 10 spies saw, but they had a completely different perspective to it. They had seen God miraculously deliver them from the Egyptian rule, so they knew God would have no problems in taking out the giants they saw.
The report of the 10 spies kindled the anger of God. He told them that all of the men over 20 years of age would not enter into the Promised Land. He said they would all wander in the desert for the next 40 years where they would then all eventually die.
Joshua and Caleb had a different spirit and believed in God and God lets them both and all of the people under 20 years of age to be the ones who would enter into the Promised Land.
We need to believe in God’s Supernatural power to defeat the enemy. God will lead us to know the opposition and their strategies.
He will then sit back and watch our reaction if we fully believe that He can conquer and overcome all of these obstacles or will we give in to fear?
The Israelites 20 years and older lost their chance to enter into the Promised Land – because they did not have enough belief to conquer and overcome opposition they initially saw.
If God is no respecter of persons, and He was able to do this for Joshua and the rest of the Jewish people, then God can still do the exact same thing for every believer who will fully surrender to His call on their lives. Amen.

After Jesus is baptized by John with the Holy Spirit in the river Jordan, God sends His Son out into the desert to face the devil himself.
If Jesus would have committed so much as one sin against His Father, then He would not have been able to go to the cross to save all of us.
Part of the conditions for this sacrifice for all of us was that it had to be a “perfect” sacrifice, which meant that Jesus had to be completely free of sin.
Just the last week, I had a conversation with a good friend of mine, who also happens to be a non-Christian. And her favourite topic was Adam and Eve. What she did not understand was when God gave everything to them-why did He keep them away from the apple tree?
  • God gave Adam and Eve everything - YES
  • God asked them to stay away from eating the fruit from the Apple tree.- YES
  • God gave Adam and Eve Free Will
  • God asked obedience from them.
In every part of our life, Obedience is a pre-requisite. And more so when it comes to our relationship with the 'Holy Spirit'.

We need to be forgiving. The Bible is very clear in that we have to forgive everyone who has ever trespassed against us and that if we do not then God will not forgive us of our own trespasses.

No matter what – Trust in God! He will make a way for you and me.

With all my Love,
For Love Prevails!
AnitA.

Love is patient, love is kind
and love is eternally true.
No amounts of wear and tear
will ever mar the love I have for you.

My love for you will never falter
for it's always true.
With love comes patience, but it's worth the wait
to share my unending love with you.

And I'll love you 'til my life has ceased
And still more with my soul
Coz that day when we met,
My heart you forever stole.

PRAYER: Abba, Father, keep me obedient and always faithful. Remember, this your servant.
Mama Mary keep me humble, I pray. Amen.
