You are worth it!

My People,

Good Morning Holy Spirit! Good morning Gods people! It’s a beautiful morning and I’m wishing you God’s peace.

Everything is so beautiful when there is a song in your heart, isn’t it? This is my song for you,

In a world that is ever changeable………
Where the skies are blue
That this verse I’m singing is just for you
Each and every day this is what I’ve been praying for
That whatever fate may have in store
With every passing day I love you more and more
And in my heart I am certain of……….  OUR LOVE!

If and when you find someone who loves you, hold on to them with everything you’ve got.  And remember only love can make a moment last – forever.

LOVE!

How it hurts to see some one hurt? The other day, my friend had completely broken down. Prior to that day, I said that I would pray for her. The next day she asked me not to. I told I would pray even more. She said she was not worth it. I began with Jesus is the Son of God. I told her that I am nobody and Jesus being God’s son gave His life for me. He did not see me as nobody. He made me worth it. He gave His life for me on the Cross. And I went on to explain to her of Jesus and the sinful woman. I told her of how Jesus thought her to be worth more than the people Jesus was having supper with.  The passage as explained below.
Luke 7:36-50 tells us of a woman who came into a banquet, knelt, wept over Jesus’ feet, bathing them with her tears, and then anointed them with perfume before drying them with her hair. This was her act of repentance. Jesus allowed her to do this without any trace of disgust or embarrassment.

What I understand is that each generation passes on something to the next. The next generation will not necessarily be smarter than its predecessors. Edison invented the light bulb-every generation improvised it by giving it additional features. Today trains are the quickest means of transport on land.  It was Richard Trevithick-a Steam engineer and pioneer of the railways in the 17th century-who was the one who started it all. We are never smarter than our fore-fathers. We did not come up with the ideas. We were led by them…..

God is The Alpha and The Omega. Revelation 21:6 states: ‘21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is a thirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

All wisdom is from God. Romans 11:33 states “Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!”

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that the more closer we get to God, the more powerful our lives will be. When we spend time with Christ, we will eventually get to know the Love of Christ and that moment changes everything in your life. As and when you do you will understand that therein lies the power of Christ—the kind that makes the devil nervous-the kind that makes him attack you —the kind that makes all hell shiver.
John 8:32 states: ‘Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

James 4:8 states:Come close to God, and he will come close to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. To develop closeness wtih God, we first need to be able to see the truth about ourselves. We may pray for God to change our circumstances, but we need to be able to face the fact that He wants to change us—regardless of the circumstances. So many times the Holy Spirit will reveal things that we just don’t want to see about ourselves. But remember, the truth will set us free!

God loves us, and He always has our best interest in mind.

On Monday the 4th of March, when I was returning back from the Church, I was totally drained out. From the Church to my home is just a 10 minutes walk. But just a half way through and I found it so difficult to walk on. I heard Jesus tell me to rest and not come to Church till I got well. I did just that.

I think, on a Tuesday, it was not the easiest day at work. I had to get up so many times and this time when I came back to my seat, I was hopelessly tired and yet I wanted to be of help. And I thought -When the soldier pierced Jesus side-to check if Jesus was alive, all the water and the blood of Jesus gushed out. Jesus loves us so much that even His lifeless body, gave out water and blood-as mercy that represents the love of Jesus for us-to death and beyond. Even after death the blood and water continued to spring out.

Last week, I was praying to Padre Pio when I asked him to help me. He immediately did. He showed me that I was going through what is called anaemic (deficiency of iron). I have been on medicines now nearly a week. When I see people run, I just watch with admiration, but on a Tuesday, when the train that I was waiting for did not turn up on track 2 I had to go to track 4, where the train was scheduled to come. And would you believe when I reached ¾th of the staircase, I realized I had run all the way. To me this was a miracle. I never did ever run through stairs. Asthma, does not make it easy and if you top it up with being anemic-that just makes it worse. Humanly yes it was not possible, but not impossible with God. I ran on the stairs-for the first time in my life. You don’t know what this means to me. It gave me hope. See, what God has promised me is something impossible to human thinking. But I believe, God was telling me to ‘Hold on’. Praise God!

The Lenten mission is one of several Lenten events aimed to help guide us through the penitential season of Lent with spiritually enriching programs to help deepen our faith and relationship with God. I think it’s a terrible loss – when there are no missions conducted. I know of people who have cut short off their Gulf-trips just to be a part of the on going missions.

I remember Fr. Warner, in one of his homilies stated how terrible he felt of people standing outside the Church for the mass, when there was plenty of place inside the Church. He told of how it troubled and saddened him previously but then he went on to add, that he chose to look and be happy at the people who were inside the Church.

I know the devil tries really hard. He wants to keep us engaged in useless battles. When we do - we loose track of what is really important to us.
When you tell people Don’t - the more they choose to do. The forbidden fruit tastes the sweetest.

There are certain names I am very fond of. I look to them as God’s signs-to me. Just the last week, I asked God, to show me if I am on the right path.

This is what the ‘Holy Spirit’ answered me with. My signs:
8 years ago my brother (Adrian) was called to be with the Lord. 8 years and it still feels like just yesterday.
Every morning, in the office, I get to say ‘Good Morning, Adrian’ to one of my colleagues. I get to call my brothers name everyday…

Let me further illustrate. I love ABBA(music) from my childhood. I love the name, never knew much of God the Father, but I felt something unexplainable and today I am everything because of my Abba, Father.

These are the names that I absolutely love they are Gods signs to me.
William Shakespeare               - Fr. William
Moon                              - Fr. Chand
St. Francis of Assisi Church (my parish)    Pope Francis I

I love Bryan Adams. I and my brother Adrian, one night we just sat to watch an unplugged version and we couldn’t stop admiring his talent. I have very fond memories of that day.
You should hear Fr. Byron sing the Ave Clemens, Ave pia, nobody can sing like him. Whenever I close my eyes, I can still hear him sing the tune ever so gently.

Look at these three names.
DERWIN,   ASHWINI    &   ALLWYN
No matter how you spell it. They mean only 1 thing Victory.
GOODWIN – The name says it all. Good represents love. When good wins-love always will win!

With all my Love,
For Love Prevails!

Proverbs 3:5 states: Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
For if there is one thing I know it has not always been easy. My brother Adrian, once told me-nothing is impossible, it’s just a matter of being difficult or too difficult. There have been days of uncertainty, moments of discouragement but you have to push through.

There are going to be times when it seems like the more you pray the more you have to pray. Sometimes it seems as if your dreams are
on hold and your time has passed and gone. In the first chapter of Joshua three times God warns and encourages Joshua at the same time. In Joshua1:6
&7&9 God tells Joshua be strong and of good courage.

God would not tell you to be strong unless there was a need to be concerned. Not unless danger was close and evident. Ask Nehemiah anytime you attempt to do God’s work the enemy is always busy. The enemy will get busy trying to destroy your character your reputation trying to slow you down. Just the last week I had two incidents when someone called me incompetent twice and the other incident when a person I know called me a liar creating a huge scene. Matter of fact, I tried to explain it to her. But nothing could calm her down. So I left her to her state. I forgave them both. That’s what the devil does. He attacks you to get you off guard-and to get you to believe that what he says is true. I like what God said in verse 5 he said I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. SEE Solomon was saying stop focusing on what you see and don’t listen to what you hear. If God has promised you something even if you can’t see how it
is going to come to pass even if you can’t see when it is going to come to pass. It definitely will. Just remember Numbers 23:19 God is not a man that he should lie neither the son of man that he should repent hath he said it and shall he not do it or hath he spoken it and shall he not make it good.

God rewards those who diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6 People think they have to accomplish something great in order to receive a reward. I want you to know: that God is a rewarder, and He wants to reward you!

There are no limits to His rewards. Get into the habit of thanking God for His goodness, and seek His best in every situation of your life.
When you seek God- He’ll give you wisdom, favor, strength, direction and you will inherit His peace.

You don’t have to be anything, accomplish anything or do anything — you just need a heart that craves for more...more of His Word, more of the life He desires to give you.

God has blessed me because I diligently seek Him, and as I seek God, I find my heart wants more and more of Him.

In my own strength, I am nothing — but the one thing I can do, that no one can stop, is choose to seek Him every day.

Keep God first place. Matthew 6:33 states: But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
Seek God — rejoice in Him, honor Him, crave Him — and everything you need will come. He’ll open the right doors, lead you to the right people and cause you to be at the right place at the right time.

CONCLUSION:
It is you. YOU, YOU!
The World is lucky to have you...
You are someone’s reason to hope....
It is you who are my blessing
You are worth more than you think.....
And believe me when I say..
JESUS died on the Cross to tell you
YOU ARE WORTH IT…….

REMEMBER: THE LORD REMEMBERS HIS COVENANT FOREVER.

I wish for you to see your long-standing dream fulfilled. I want for you to overcome every obstacle.
I want you to say It out loud I CAN.
Philippians 4:13 says: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Paul chose to declare, “Through Christ, yes, I can.”
Remember, through Christ and the strength, courage and confidence He gives you, you can accomplish anything. Remember Christian, you have God imprinted on you. Therefore, this moment on you have the identity of God in you.
WE ARE BORN TO CONQUER AND CONQUER WE WILL.

"Help each other to live and to grow in the Christian faith so as to be valiant witnesses of the Lord. Be united, but not closed. Be humble, but not fearful. Be simple, but not naive. Be thoughtful, but not complicated. Enter into dialogue with others, but be yourselves."
Pope Benedict XVI, Genoa, Italy, May 18, 2008

PRAYER: Abba Father! Your holy will be done. Keep me always obedient and faithful, I pray. Amen.

I beg you, Lord,
let the fiery, gentle power
of your love
take possession of my soul,
and snatch it away
from everything under heaven,
that I may die
for love of your love
as you saw fit to die
for love of mine

- Francis of Assisi
