The TRUTH .. Part 2

My People,

Good Morning! I don't like to believe that life a battle but sometimes it seems to be. As the battle gets hotter, God’s grace increases! As weakness comes His strength comes on even greater, if you believe it.

“…that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work” 2 Corinthians 9:8.

To abound means to have more at the end than at the beginning.

One of my dreams, I saw 12 men dressed in white robes with hoods off their heads. I don’t know what it means, but I felt Peace. There was something mystical about the entire dream. I felt like I was in Heaven.

I used to pray to St. Jude Thaddeus when I felt things were impossible. I realized that if St. Jude is given the grace to answer the impossible prayers then God has to be the God of Impossibles.
St. Jude’s feast the 28th of October also happens to be my dad’s birthday. As kids my parents had taken me and my brother to St. Jude’s Church in Mangalore.  8 Years back I told my mom, I want to revisit. It was a beautiful journey, we got connecting bus (about 3-4 of them) with no waiting time. I love my journey with St. Jude – He is the Saint of the people for life’s journey into the vast horizon of the Impossible.
Thank you, St. Jude for being with me.

I love Padre Pio. I love that he is stern and a disciplinarian but underneath all that sternness is a gentle heart that found me. There are times I feel Padre Pio's presence strongly. Sometimes I smell roses where there are none.

I love this Don William’s number - I’ve Been Loved by the Best. Whenever I play this number, I always sing it out loud to my Sweet Jesus.

Some days back I was listening to a number from Hope Floats. Year’s back, whenever I listened to this number, it felt like magic. This number has the capacity to astound you with the depth of words and with the emotions attached to the words and you get wonderful lyrics to a wonderful song such as this. Today, the words are right today these words are everything that a good love song should be. If I could ever write a love song to express all the love in my heart for you – then I would pick all the love songs in the world. But for now.....

When the rain is blowing in your face
And the whole world is on your case
I could offer you a warm embrace
To make you feel my love.

When evening shadows and the stars appear
And there's is no one to dry your tears
I could hold you for a million years
To make you feel my love

I know you haven't made your mind up yet
But I would never do you wrong
I've known it from the moment that we met
There's no doubt in my mind where you belong

I'd go hungry, I'd go black and blue
I'd go crawling down the avenue
There ain't nothing' that I wouldn't do
To make you feel my love

The storms are raging on a rolling sea
And on the highway of regret
The winds of change are blowing wild and free
You ain't seen nothin' like me yet

There ain't nothin' that I wouldn't do
Go to the ends of the earth for you
Make you happy make your dreams come true
To make you feel my love.

The below passage – which is typed in pink is from the book ‘The Secret’. I have heard people talk so much about this book and its special wonders. Now that I know I think to myself, 'wow' the Bible speaks in so many ways, encouraging us so much and we fail to see and understand. I have on reading come to the conclusion that we need to know our Bible. And to you, the one who reads this, I know you will understand that God in all His goodness is our biggest encourager. When you know that it changes your life forever.

People think about what they don't want and attract more of the same. Choose your thoughts carefully; you are a masterpiece of your life

Isn’t it what Isaiah 41:10 states - fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand. Deuteronomy 31:6 states - Be strong and of good courage, do not fear or be in dread of them: for it is the Lord your God who goes with you; he will not fail you or forsake you.

Thoughts are nothing but our ability to believe. And belief is based on faith, which comes from reading the Word of God-The Bible.

When you speak negative, the enemy will use your words against you. Jesus was not a blabber mouth. He chose to speak when it was with the will of God in it.

The Bible says that we are made in His likeness and image and we are His masterpiece. Ephesians 2:10 states - For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

Your thoughts cause your feelings. Whatever it is you are feeling is a perfect reflection of what is in the process of becoming. You get exactly what you are FEELING. Happy feelings will attract more happy circumstances.

The Bible clearly warns us do not be anxious about anything.  Your Heavenly Father feeds the Birds of the air, are you not of more value than they?

Philippians 4:6-8 states - Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.  And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honourable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.

What you focus on with your thought and feeling is what you attract into your experience. It's important to feel good ( (((good))) )

You can change your emotion immediately by thinking of something joyful, or singing a song, or remembering a happy experience. You might get an inspired thought or idea to help you move towards what you want faster. Don't doubt. When the opportunity or impulse is there ACT

Be good and feel Blessed. Praise and thank God and the God of suddenlies will bring things about.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 states - Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

Rejoice and always believe. God will move the whole universe to get to you. An inspired thought is nothing but the Spirit of God, moving in you, and guiding you.

Romans 8:14 states- For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.

You can start with nothing and out of nothing or no way - a WAY will be provided. No rules on time.

God will make a way where there seems to be no way.

What we think and THANK is what we bring about. The Bible says in everything give thanks whether things go your way or not. Be grateful always. It shows God that you believe in Him and not the circumstances.
Give thanks.

Play the picture in your mind - VISUALIZE! Feel the joy feel the happiness. An affirmative thought is 100 times more powerful than a negative one.

The Bible says believe not in the circumstances, but believe that when you pray, you have been heard, and whatever you ask you will receive. When you believe, joy will be a part of it. God is powerful.

Our job is not to worry about the "How". If you turn it over to the universe, you will be surprised by what is delivered .. this is where magic and miracles happen. Feel high, happy, in tune.

When you can read a book and believe in the universe-to do magic for you, why is it so difficult to believe in the Almighty God?

Could it be that the people who write such books and create such movies have already been wealthy? Most often people want to please each other.

When you love everybody, you become open and your life is that of a person who is and lives by the commandment of Jesus, ‘Love one another as I have loved you’. When you live like this, it is most natural, that God is in residence. Heaven is a place on earth. It is in the heart of the one who follows the commandment.

Decide what you want, believe you can have it, believe it's possible for you. Visualize having what you already want - and the feeling of having it already. Focus on being grateful for what you have already enjoy it!! Then release into the universe. The universe will manifest it.

To sum up in one word, BELIEVE! Nothing is impossible for God! Thank God, for answered prayers and thank God for the manifestation of the prayers. You do not see it, but you know it is. Manifestation is nothing but signs on the way, God telling you to HOLD ON!

When you have an inspired thought (it is the Spirit of God), you must trust and act on it. Feel joy and peace then everything else will follow.

God is a generous provider. He won’t let you give up on the dream He has placed in your heart?

Love your life. You are God’s priceless possession. You are His masterpiece. There is no other you in the entire universe. You are irreplaceable. You are the apple of His eye.

Always remember, you are loved beyond your wildest imagination. You are loved always.

REMEMBER: Ask and you will receive. Have an attitude of gratitude.

Day 7th November, 2014 – Inner healing and Deliverance outreach at Mt. Carmel Church.

I have never been to any outreach programs before. This was the first one I attended.  The program began in the Church, at 6:00 in the evening. It was a first Friday, and on entering the Church, a lady usher, refused to let me enter the Church, but told me to go and sit out. I thought I would stand at the door step so that I could view the altar with my eyes and not from a screen, but she refused me that too. I thought I’ll just dip my hand in holy water, since I am this close. She did not permit me any kind of entry instead she was very rude.  I kept a smile went and sat out. I cried telling God that I was not allowed entry into the Church.

When I came that day, to Church nothing of the outside world mattered because at the end of the day, I was coming to meet the One I love.

Day 8th November, 2014 – I reach the Church a little before 7:00 in the evening. I don’t dare enter the Church. I am seated outside.

I hear Fr. Ashlyn talk of fear and how it stems out of insecurity in a people because of certain situations in their lives.  And I think here I am, sitting out of the Church, and not even trying to enter in because of the events of the previous day. Is this not a fear, arisen due to a situation?

At this point, I am not ready to go and stand in. Today, I did see people standing out, maybe they were in resistance to the ushers. But I still was hurt.

After communion, I stood praying and then suddenly I saw Fr. Ashlyn standing there.  Something in me changed that moment.

After mass, I got up without thinking twice, headed towards the Church and stood by the door. I did not fear what anyone would say. It did not matter. No one came to mind my business.

Day 9th November, 2014 – I reach the Church early. I have gone from the back of the Church. I am standing outside, watching Fr. William celebrate the mass. I have stood there not knowing what to do. I think I must have stood there for a whole 5 minutes. It was a wedding mass.  My normal reaction would be to enter. But after that incident, I did not know how welcome I was. I heard Jesus, loud and clear – ‘Come In’. No second thoughts to that. I entered.

I am in the Church and there are no reservations today. But still I am seated on the 7th pew. Everybody is terrified to sit in front because of the ushers. I got to hear a lot of that talk from the ladies seated there. They were advising others not to sit in front. I felt bad for people who came to sit and then for fear of the ushers had to get up and go and look for place somewhere else. Anyway, I did then walk up to Rebekah and ask her about the seating arrangement. Nobody was sure. So from No 7 I went to No 6. The ladies seated behind advised me not to sit where I was saying the ushers would forcibly make me get up. I told them, I want get up.
The usher, did come and the people were ready to get up. The lady seated beside me got up and looked around. I caught her hand and told her sternly to sit. She did. I told the others you don’t have to get up. This is the House of God. I told them God is not telling you to get up, so sit. They all listened.

It was secondary, that there was no placards put before the mass. So in reality, you can’t make people get up once they are seated.

Thirdly what made me really mad was that the seats were reserved for the intercessors. I understand seats being reserved on the occasions of Holy Communion, Confirmation and when there is certain community’s celebration or whatsoever they are called. I mean, I get it that the intercessors pray for the whole community, for the people but I don’t understand the reservation of seats. That is odd. Prayer goes with sacrifice. So one way you pray interceding for the people to God, praying that the suffering of the people to be taken off and the other way you make people suffer for seats. Isn’t that confusing? I mean I have seen certain intercessors seated and not allow other people to come and sit even when the place is vacant, and this all in the House of God.

You could hate me for what I say, but someone needs to speak the truth? Speak it as it is, for it is the House of God. There can be no reservations. It should be whoever comes is ‘welcome’. ‘Like Jesus, said to me, ‘COME IN’!

Look at Jesus, with outstretched arms, welcoming one and all, why can’t we?

The day the 9th of November, also stands as 911 – I look to Psalm 91:1-2  as it states “He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High, who abides in the shadow of the Almighty, will say to the LORD, "My refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust."

I will always remember this day for 2 reasons – one that Jesus, said ‘come in’ and the other as the day of anointing of the Holy Spirit by Fr. Ashlyn.

I remember, Fr. Ashlyn celebrating his first mass in Mt. Carmel’s. It was a co-celebration with Fr. Alvaro.
Fr. Ashlyn is the beautiful Crescent Moon. I thank You ‘Holy Spirit’. I will treasure these memories in my heart forever. I have seen the Glory of God.

God speaks to me in dreams too. This promise in my heart is on its course of coming to fruition. It is the will of God but there are things at times that I don’t and can't understand. God is quicker than lightning. If you have a promise in your heart, hold on to it because God is a God of suddenlies. And suddenlies are nothing but God’s breakthroughs.

Don't lose hope! God is the author and finisher of our faith. What God has started, He will finish.

When you have a promise don’t let anxiety set in. Because all that it leads to is more problems like it did with Abraham and Sarah. You need to wait on God to bring it forth in His time.

Isaiah 28:21 says, "For the Lord shall rise up as in Mount Perazim..."

David had just been anointed king of Israel. He was finally in the position that God had for him when the Philistines came to seek him out. When God is to begin fulfilling something powerful in your life, it will always be tested. The enemy is not going to let you come into what God has for you without a fight.

Perazim means, 'breakthrough'. It means that God reverses the natural order of things (as He did with Jacob and Esau) in order that we may be blessed.

In the midst of a storm, when the wind blows it is natural to think you’re going down. During this phase, God is developing in us all humility, sorrow for our sins and a hunger for His righteousness.
God won’t pull us out of our struggle-because He sees it producing in us a greater thirst for Him!

You are mine

You are mine Forever love
Beyond the distant star
Here inside my heart
Here is where you are.

And isn't faith believing
In all power that can't be seen
As my heart holds you
Forever where love has always been

Just one look from you
Just one beat away
My heart is here forever to stay.

PRAYER: Abba, Father, keep me obedient and always faithful. Remember, this your servant.
Mama Mary keep me humble, I pray. Amen.

The TRUTH .. Part 1

My People,

Good Morning! To me the 2 words I begin within this letter means HOPE. Every day is a new beginning and I wish for you everything wonderful.
I wish you LOVE – A whole world of it.
I wish you JOY - We all require it.
I wish you HAPINESS – A whole load of laughter just like my Abba Father. Laugh with all your heart – like the sound of Thunder.

Mark 1:11 states: and a voice came from heaven, “Thou art my beloved Son; with thee I am well pleased.”

Yesterday, the 4th November, 2014 - I was to post this on the blog. The Spirit of God advised me to hold on.

Day 1st November (1-11), 2014 – On my way from work, I was already late for the mass. I kept looking at my cell and counting the minutes. I heard Jesus tell me, ‘I don’t count the minutes, I count your presence.’ I kept my cell back.

There is this lady who does read in the Church. And she is a little peculiar (odd behaviour). While doing the reading she kind of looks at everyone like saying you, you and you. But that’s not odd, because she takes the effort to practise before hand on the reading, which is a good thing. What seems odd though is that after the reading, while still on the altar, she will suddenly fold her hands and bow while maintaining silence. The first time I saw, I was a little baffled. It is kind of a holier than thou image. Isn’t that sad?

I thought that maybe I could be wrong. One fine day, this same lady, was seated on the first bench in the Church and talking on her cell, so much for holiness.

We don’t need to prove to be holy to anyone. Holy is how we come to be in our daily association with God.

Paul states: You are witnesses, and God also, how holy and righteous and blameless was our behavior to you believers; 1 Thessalonians 2:10
Blameless means to have no deceit of any kind. No impure thoughts. Paul was a free man. He lived a blameless life.

Day 31st October, 2014 – I am on my way to work. At 6:15 am. I pass Mt. Carmels Church. Fr. Ashlyn lifts the ‘Holy Eucharist’ - The Body of Christ. I couldn’t believe the Eucharist was such a huge circle that I couldn’t see the face. I know what I saw.

The funny thing about life is that some people are always meant to climb and get to be at the top of the ladder. They become the top bosses. Funny because when at the bottom they always have bad things to say of the one at the top and when they find their way to getting there they forget how really bad it is. They become the bad they saw in others.

Rarely will you come across, a person who is really humble being at the top. Forget the ratio. I will give you an example right now I think you would agree, Pope Francis, the true Jesus.

Coming back to the 31st October, 2014 – Jesus drew my attention to Himself, saying that no matter what heights in life we climb, and the higher we go, that much more humble we must become. Jesus became even more humble to explain to me from that distance I was at. He made Himself visible to me, to draw my attention.

Of all the goals people have, it will be almost impossible to get there without discipline.
When we sit quiet in the presence of God, we also need to trust in God completely.
When God asks us to do something, we cannot do it successfully unless we lean on Him. John 15:5 says …Apart from Me you can do nothing.
Some of the best moments of my life are spent simply sitting quietly in God’s presence, letting Him know that I am nothing without His Will.
I believe when we want good results, we need to let God take charge and bring out the best in us, as He knows what is our requirement.
In the beginning, disciplining oneself can be difficult, only because one does it by themselves. But every time one listens to God, doing His Will, it gets a little easier.

Remember, you have what it takes. Draw on God’s power to help you achieve what is in His Will for you.

Following God’s Will is the hardest thing to do. Surrender to God and ask God what He wants for you-the answer will come and you will feel contentment.

The answer is in THE COMPLETE SURRENDER OF ONESELF.

Day 26th October, 2014 - 10:15 am mass - I loved the way this priest in particular delivered the homily on love. It was spectacular and I enjoyed listening. I do not know his name but the day I do, I will update the name here. Its 2 days before my dad’s birthday.

Paul in 2 Timothy 4:1-5 states: I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom: preach the word, be urgent in season and out of season, convince, rebuke, and exhort, be unfailing in patience and in teaching.
For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own likings, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander into myths.
As for you, always be steady, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfil your ministry.

God’s calling on all of us, is to help people grow up to have the abundant life Jesus died for us all to have.
If ever there is something that I could say to you, my words would be to remind you that you are loved by the Almighty God and that you are fearfully and wonderfully made. And if there is something that needs  to be corrected in either you or me then I pray to the Almighty God that He guide us both with His wisdom and give us the grace that we need to take the right step boldly and with Love.

Our life is a living sermon. At work or at any place that we are - our life is for and to encourage others by showing them the love of God. Remember, actions speak louder than words.
We are the children of the most High God and our life should be such that it reflects the love of God. You and I must become the heart that is enflamed with love and draws other hearts to the One that bleeds with love for all.
With God we are safe even in the hardest of times. Our lives should reflect our faith in the Truth.

We must be prepared to leave our Comfort Zones. Living in the world means we’re always going to see things and hear things that make us a little uncomfortable. And that’s OK. Sometimes God places us in situations where we’re uncomfortable. All we need to do is let our light shine.

These are tough times and we need God more than ever. Let us be His light into the darkest areas of the world. Amen.

God gives us His strength, comfort and help at all times. In John 16:7 Jesus uses several words to describe the incredible work of the Holy Spirit.

Comforter - The Holy Spirit knows us better than anyone else, and when life is painful, He becomes our strength and healing right where we hurt.

Counselor - The Holy Spirit is our Counselor, and as we seek Him, He can reveal in a few moments things we could never discover on our own.

Helper - The truth - the Holy Spirit is concerned about everything that concerns each and every one of us. The more we acknowledge the Holy Spirit and ask for help, the more we’ll discover His presence and ability in everything we do.

Advocate - The Holy Spirit, pleads to God on our behalf. He’s not only our Advocate to the Father, but the Holy Spirit also accompanies us through life—defending us at all times. Whatever the situation take comfort knowing that God Himself is on our side.

Intercessor - The Holy Spirit intercedes on our behalf to the Father and He also comes to our aid and helps us to pray that perfect prayer when we don’t know what or how to pray. Romans 8:26
1 Corinthians 2:11 says no one knows the mind of God except the Spirit of God.

Strengthen - Isaiah 40:29 says that God …gives power to the faint and weary, and to him who has no might He increases strength.
We need to ask the Holy Spirit to strengthen us—because every single one of us requires God’s strength to accomplish His will in our lives.
The Holy Spirit is waiting for an opening in our lives…waiting for us to ask for His comfort, counsel, guidance, and help. He is with us everywhere we go.

Three things - keep the Spirit of God at a distance.

  • Complaining keeps us from being thankful for all God has done, is doing and will do. Be determined to thank God in all things, at all times
  • Self-pity is simply a 'poor me' attitude.
  • Pride takes credit for what God has done and steals His glory.

Lean on the Spirit of God with absolute trust in His wisdom and goodness.

With all my Love,
For Love Prevails!

The Truth

I’d like to begin with the words ‘Forever has no end.'

When LOVE is true,
I could die each day with all the Love in my heart for you.
These are my words forever, I LOVE YOU, and I DO.

When life presents those moments when you feel blue,
My heart will race to be with you.
There is no other who could feel the way I feel about you.
Forever is my promise and
Forever I love you!
